Refund Policy

Return eligibility, refund handling, and after-sales review for ZULUTIN orders.

Return Window

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To start a review, use the returns portal with the order number and receipt email. We may request photos before authorizing a return shipment.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Shipping charges, customs fees, and handling costs are not refundable unless the return is caused by a ZULUTIN fulfillment error or defective item.

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery so the support team can review replacement or refund options.

Keep original packaging until the review is complete.
