Processing

Orders are reviewed for payment status, inventory availability, and address completeness before dispatch.

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2 business days. High-volume periods or address review may add processing time.

Delivery

Available shipping methods and final delivery costs are confirmed during checkout.

Tracking details are attached to the order record when a shipment is created. Delivery timelines depend on destination, carrier handoff, and customs review where applicable.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and local delivery requirements unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

ZULUTIN cannot guarantee customs processing timelines once a package is with the carrier or local authority.
